I would highly recommend Dean to anyone looking to purchase a new home. We live in North Dakota and decided to purchase a vacation condo in Destin. We were unable to travel down to Florida to house hunt but with the help of Dean and a relative we put an offer on a unit sight unseen. After the offer was accepted we made it down to look at the unit and were not disappointed. We purchased a 4 year old condo at below market value and at 30% of the original sales price. This unit was a short sale and despite all the horror stories about short sales, Dean made the process smooth and easy. Dean was always prompt to respond to any calls or e-mail regardless of what day of the week it was. I was amazed at the quality of service Dean provided for such a small real estate transaction. I plan on using him for future real estate deals. (less)
